The Official Charts Company revealed the list of the most streamed songs of 2014 in the United Kingdom so far. Music fans in the UK have streamed a massive 10.2 billion tracks so far this year, almost double the amount recorded at the same time in 2013 when the tally stood at 5.4 billion. Those using streaming services such as Spotify and Deezer are now playing tracks over 300 million times every week and the Official Audio Streaming Chart Number 1 accounts for over 1 million of those.
‘The Monster’, a collaboration between Eminem and Rihanna that ended up on rapper’s album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is at no. 30. Check out the full list here.
