At a New York pop-up store for her new lingerie line, Savage X Fenty, Rihanna talked about her collection and joked about the Met Gala heist in her upcoming film, Ocean’s 8 yesterday. In the interview, she said:
“I’ve always wanted to do lingerie, swimwear and have women appreciate their bodies and feel comfortable and really kind of architect the shapes around different sizes and different shapes because women really come in so many different shapes and sizes. That is such a beautiful thing, you want everyone to feel like they have something for them.”
About the Met Gala and Ocean’s 8:
“It was really interesting because I’ve been to the Met Gala so many times so every time we talked about robbing the Met Gala it was quite a bit of humor for me. But it was also really nice to shoot a scene in the actual Met Museum. So you’ll see that this summer.”
