Time once again for the annual BET Music Awards! Nominees were announced in May, followed by a glittering awards ceremony airing live from LA on the BET cable channel on Sunday, July 1 at 8 PM ET. Samuel L. Jackson will be the host of this year’s show which will be held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles with live performances by Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj. Rihanna is nominated in one category.
