R&B superstar Rihanna returned to the stage in Sydney last night following a health scare that saw her dash off the stage during a performance last week. The beauty from Barbados showed no signs of ill health when she performed with tour mate Chris Brown at Acer Arena. But on Friday night the corset-clad star suddenly darted off the stage in the middle of the final song, clearly distressed and with one hand clutching her stomach. The 20-year-old is scheduled to perform her third Sydney concert at Acer Arena tonight.
