Spotify released its annual set of top lists, revealing which songs and artists made the biggest splash in the music world in 2016. Rihanna was crowned the top female artist of 2016, based on the number of streams, with Sia, Adele, Ariana Grande and Beyoncé also featuring in the top five. Rihanna is also the third most streamed artist overall, Work is the fourth Most Streamed Song and ANTI lands at #3 on the Most Streamed Albums chart.
