Yesterday Rihanna released the official campaign video for her Fenty Beauty line, her first custom collection of cosmetics, which is set to launch globally on September 8. The ad features Duckie Thot, Halima Aden, Slick Woods, Indyamarie Jean, and other models of color strutting down city streets, as if they’re the only girls in the world (while applying lipgloss, of course).
Many have since applauded Rihanna for her embrace of diverse beauty ideals, while the ad itself seems to promise that there will be a product for every shade of skin.
