The fourth annual Diamond Ball was hosted by Issa Rae. Childish Gambino and DJ Mustard were the musical guests. The event benefits Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation. The foundation, established in 2012, aims to improve access to quality healthcare and education. It also supports those in need through investment in various local projects and advocacy.
Hugh Evans, the CEO of Global Citizen received the 2018 Diamond Ball Award. Last year Rihanna raised over $5 million to help those in need.
