Since 2005 she’s cranked out a new album a year and 2007’s “Good Girl Gone Bad” made for a great 2008. She has two songs in Billboard’s Hot 100 for the year. “Disturbia” at No. 16 and “Don’t Stop the Music” at No. 17. The singer earned two American Music Awards this year – one for best Female Artist and the other for Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist. Her popularity is also making her a tabloid staple, with media outlets eager to snap any picture of her shopping, “living her life” or hanging out with singer Chris Brown.
