Rihanna scores five iHeartRadio Music Awards 2018 nominations

iHeartMedia and Turner announced Wednesday (Jan. 10) the nominees for the fifth annual iHeartRadio Music Awards. Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, DJ Khaled and Luis Fonsi top the nominations list, each receiving five nominations including song of the year. The iHeartRadio Music Awards will take place March 11 at the Forum in Los Angeles.

For the first time ever, iHeartRadio will be presenting seven awards in the seven nights leading up to the event. Each night at 8 p.m. EST, an artist will be presented their award and given an acceptance speech. As in years before, fans will be able to vote for a number of different categories, including best fan army presented by Taco Bell, best lyrics, best cover song, best music video, social star award, best solo breakout, best boy band, best remix.
