On Wednesday, TIME will release the TIME 100, the magazine’s list honoring the 100 most influential people in the world.

To celebrate the release of the list, five-time Grammy Award winner Rihanna and R&B star Raphael Saadiq will perform at this year’s eighth annual TIME 100 Gala at Jazz at Lincoln Center on April 24. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be delivering the gala’s keynote address. Approximately 350 people attend the gala, including world leaders, politicians, business leaders, entertainers and philanthropists. Notable guests will include Chelsea Handler, Jeremy Lin, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Claire Danes, Matt Lauer, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Weinstein, Louis C.K. and Cardinal Dolan.

Rihanna is set to hit the stage at Rock In Rio Festival that takes place in Madrid, Spain this year. She’ll be the closing act on 5th of July. Rihanna rocked the stage with Calvin Harris in her performance at the Coachella Music Festival 2012 day 3. She was later joined by Katy Perry. Check out the images in our gallery. We hope to get a video of the performance soon.

Rihanna attended the 2nd day of the Coachella Music Festival 2012 in California. She was there during the performance of the famous DJ David Guetta, with whom she has a collaboration entitled “Who’s That Chick?”

NeonLimeLight: That’s right. The pop goddess is headed to ‘Saturday Night Live’ for a third time, NBC announced. RiRi will perform as musical guest on the show’s May 5th episode, with New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning as host.

No word yet on what Rihanna will perform, but she’ll likely give a performance of her new Calvin Harris-produced single, “Where Have You Been,” from her latest album, Talk That Talk.

Last time when Rihanna hit ‘Saturday Night Live’ was in 2010. She perfomed ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ and ‘What’s My Name?’.

Universal’s Battleship continues to screen strongly overseas with estimates from Day 2 and Day 3 bringing the 72-hour total to $58 million with all 26 international territories now open. Director Peter Berg’s military vs alien actioner opened to #1 in 24 of those new territories. Battleship opens next weekend in 24 more international territories including China (April 18) and Russia (April 19) — but not in the U.S./Canada until May 18th:

• The UK opened #1 on Friday with an estimated $1.3M (£770). That’s ahead of Thor but ahead of Wrath Of The Titans and John Carter. The total with previews is $3.7M (£2.3M).
• Spain opened #1 with an estimated $900k (€681k), better than Iron Man.
• Germany opened #1 on Thursday with $900K, which is the biggest opening for an English language film in Germany this year. It continued #1 on Friday with $1.2M, equal to Iron Man but not as big as Transformers.
• Japan opened #1 with an estimated $900k (LC 72M), higher than Thor‘s opening day.
• Thailand opened #1 with $470K, which is the biggest opening day of 2012 and Universal’s 2nd biggest opening day ever (behind only Fast Five).
• Malaysia opened #1 with $390K, which is Universal’s biggest opening day of all time.
• Korea had another strong day and Battleship remains #1 with a three-day total of $4.2M (LC 4.7M) — better than Iron Man and Thor.

Rihanna was spotted  at two nightclubs last night. She went partying with her friends in Los Angeles after a dinner at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

Rih just got back to LA and she couldn’t wait to hit her favorite restaurant Giorgio Baldi. She was seen leaving the restaurant in a leopard print dress. Check out the pictures in our gallery.
