Rihanna makes the highest-paid women in music 2016 list

Forbes has released its annual list of women who earn the most in the music industry. The 2016 list measures income from June 1, 2015, to June 1, 2016 before taxes and management fees. Numbers are based on data from Pollstar, Nielsen and the RIAA, as well as interviews with managers, agents, lawyers—and some of the stars themselves.

Rihanna landed at no. 4 with $75 million. The 28-year old recently scored her 21st top five single, tying Elvis Presley’s chart record. When she’s not churning out radio hits and touring, she pads her total through endorsement deals with Dior, Puma, Samsung and Stance.
