“Diamonds” becomes Rihanna’s 23rd Top 10 single in the US

Nowadays, there is only one queen of charts and her name is Rihanna. Her latest single “Diamonds”, which is promoting her 7th studio album “Unapologetic”, jumps 11-8 on “Billboard Hot 100” chart this week. It means that in only seven years Rihanna made 23 singles that made it to the Top 10 of the chart.

“Diamonds” darts 15-10 on “Radio Songs” (66 million, up 18%) to become her 19th top 10 on the survey, breaking a tie with Lil Wayne for the second-best sum in the list’s 22-year history; only Mariah Carey (23) has more. “Diamonds” concurrently climbs 9-7 on “Digital Songs” (118,000, up 10%) and 35-19 on “On-Demand Songs” (516,000, up 39%).
